I'm following up on a suggestion thread from late July regarding the addition of a Name Change item to the Item Shop:

Lain (26.07.2026): Can u put change name in item shop?
Apex (27.07.2026): Hello, It should get added tonight if there are no issues. Thank you for your suggestion.

I've checked the Item Shop manually across all categories and used the search function, but the item doesn't appear to be available. I also checked with an GM, but they weren't sure whether it has been implemented yet.

Did technical issues pop up during the rollout, or did it just slip through the cracks?

I would really appreciate the option to rename characters without having to start from scratch. Any quick update on when we might expect it would be great.
