I would like to suggest a few additions that could improve progression and make grinding more rewarding:

Shoulder Sashes: Add shoulder sashes with balanced bonuses to slightly increase damage and give players another progression goal.

More Mounts: Add more mounts to the Item Shop and/or introduce them through events.

Levelable Pets: Introduce pets that can level up and provide balanced bonuses over time.

These systems would give players more things to work towards, make grinding feel more rewarding, and add more variety without negatively affecting the overall balance.
