These rules exist to keep Triarch Online a fair, safe and enjoyable world for all players, and they apply in-game and across all of our official platforms (web portal, forum, official chat channels).

Reading the rules is entirely the user's responsibility; not knowing the rules does not excuse breaking them.

Communication Rules

• Profanity, insults, humiliation, threats and harassment are prohibited. Banter between friends that does not exceed generally accepted limits is not covered by this rule.
• Deliberate trolling, provocation, incitement and behaviour aimed at escalating conflict are prohibited.
• Racism and any discrimination based on ethnic origin, skin colour, gender, disability or lifestyle is strictly prohibited. Disrespectful statements towards any religion, religious values, or national and family values are not tolerated.
• Provocative and aggressive political discussions are prohibited.
• Erotic or pornographic content, and any post that praises or encourages violence, suicide or drug use, is prohibited.
• Spam (repeatedly sending the same or similar messages) and flooding (writing many short messages in a row) are prohibited. Capital letters are allowed, but excessive use may lead to moderator intervention.
• Offensive, inappropriate or prohibited character/account names may not be used.

Fair Play

• Using, possessing or benefiting from cheats, bots, macros, emulators or any third-party software that interferes with the game is prohibited.
• Accessing the game through virtual machines, virtualisation applications or remote servers (VDS, etc.) is prohibited.
• Exploiting game bugs, or disclosing or openly discussing bugs and security vulnerabilities, is prohibited; discovered bugs must be reported through the support channels.
• Sharing links to and advertising third-party resources, and selling, advertising or requesting cheats, is prohibited.

Trading and Account Security

• Out-of-game trading (buying and selling game assets for real money) and inviting others to it or posting listings for it are prohibited. The player is entirely responsible for problems that may arise from out-of-game trading, such as being scammed or losing items or characters; no support is provided for such cases.
• Selling accounts is strictly prohibited. An account belongs to one person only and is non-transferable.
• Account sharing is prohibited, including with family members. The player is responsible for all problems that may arise from sharing; accounts shared with a banned user may also be subject to sanctions.
• Committing fraud or being involved in fraud is prohibited.
• Disclosing personal data belonging to yourself or third parties, and misusing the personal data of others, is prohibited.

Sanction System

Sanctions are applied progressively: a first violation results in a short-term sanction depending on its type; repeated violations increase the duration, and if violations continue after all tiers have been exhausted, the account is permanently banned.

For severe violations (for example cheating, fraud, account selling) the progressive system does not apply; a permanent ban may be imposed directly. The Company has final discretion over the type and duration of sanctions; objections to sanctions can be submitted through the support system.
