We should dedicate a channel or two (4 and 5 for example) for people who wants to farm. Into this channel, you can't activate auto hunt.
The reason is that the most common spots such as esoterics are filled with auto hunters and it's almost impossible to be able to stack some groups without someone ks-ing your mobs.

Also combined that many players are cheating with macros, it's a huge disavantage for people who actually wants to play normally. It's much more efficient to stay auto hunt with macros
