Problem/Need → Buildings cannot be edited once placed. This makes it difficult to create a guild space that is visually appealing.
There is no way to plan the placement of each structure, tree, or guild banner unless you place them all at once—which is very expensive in the early game.

Suggestion → Allow the position and orientation of structures within the guild territory to be edited in some way.

Impact → Better-themed zones could be created; this would encourage the guild leader to spend resources on building more structures within guild territory.
It is undeniably a massive quality-of-life improvement for guilds.
