Patch Notes – Update 1.0.15

This update puts the focus on hunting and finding what you need. You can now see a monster's possible drops directly from the target bar, Shop Search has received powerful new filters and item highlighting, and your party members are now visible on the map.

The in-game Wiki is also now available to everyone, with its content rebuilt around actual game data.

New Features
Monster Drops in the Target Bar

When you target a monster, the "?" button on the target bar is now available to everyone. Clicking it opens a list of items that the monster can drop.
  • The list is filtered according to your character's level, so items that cannot possibly drop for your current level are not shown.
  • Monsters with large drop lists are automatically split into pages. A maximum of 6 rows is displayed per page, with < 1 / 3 > controls available for navigation.
  • Different upgrade levels of the same weapon or armor, such as +0 / +1 / +2, are grouped into a single slot and cycle automatically. Different Metin Stone variants are handled the same way.
  • Hovering over a cycling slot displays the information for the item currently shown.

Advanced Shop Search Filters & Highlighting

Finding the exact item you need no longer means checking every item in a crowded shop one by one.

Shop Search now supports filtering by:
  • Item name
  • Level range
  • Upgrade (+) range
  • Quantity range
  • Class

You can also search without entering an item name and use filters alone. For example, you can search specifically for Shaman equipment between +7 and +9.

When you open a shop marked by your search:
  • Items matching your search are highlighted with a green border.
  • If several copies of the same item are available, only the ones that actually match your selected filters are highlighted.
  • Shops containing matching items continue to be marked on the map as before.
  • If no matching results are found, you will receive a notification in chat.

Party Members on the Map

Party members who are on the same channel and map as you are now displayed on both the large map opened with M and the minimap.
  • Party members are displayed using a dedicated party-colored marker.
  • The marker moves in real time as your party member moves.
  • Hovering over the marker displays the player's name and coordinates.

New "Skill Duration" Item Bonus

A new Skill Duration bonus has been introduced for items.
  • Equipping an item with this bonus extends the duration of timed skills, such as shields, buffs, curses, and similar effects.
  • The skill duration is increased by the number of seconds specified by the bonus.
  • The bonus is also displayed in the item's tooltip.

In-Game Wiki Now Available to Everyone

The in-game Wiki is now available to all players.
  • Press H to open the Wiki.
  • Ctrl+H continues to mount your horse as before.
  • A new Wiki button has also been added to the ESC menu between Item Shop and Shop Editor.
New Wiki Home Page

The Wiki's home page has been completely redesigned.
  • Outdated shortcuts for systems no longer available in the game have been removed.
  • The new page explains what can be found in each category.
  • Search tips and basic Wiki controls have been added.
  • The old light-colored strip at the top has been replaced with a new header matching the Wiki's visual style, featuring a book emblem in the center.

Changes
Wiki Content Rebuilt From Game Data

Wiki lists are no longer maintained manually. They are now generated directly from the game's own monster, Metin Stone, and chest data.

This ensures that entries shown in the Wiki correspond to content that actually exists in the game.
Bosses
  • The Wiki now lists 108 bosses that actually exist in the game.
  • Bosses are divided into level categories: 1–60 / 61–85 / 86–99 / 100+.
  • The unused Chaos Bosses category has been removed.
  • 32 bosses that existed in the game world but were missing from the Wiki have been added, including Cung-Mok, Lykos, Bera, Tigris, Desert Tarantula, Hellish Soul Reaper, Flaming Executioner, Yellow Tiger Ghost, and many more.
Metin Stones
  • The Wiki now lists 69 Metin Stones that actually exist in the game.
  • Entries are organized by level range.
  • Invalid and unused records have been removed.
Chests
  • The Wiki now lists 85 chests that actually exist in the game.
  • Chests are organized into Boss Chests, Alternative Chests, and Event Chests.
  • The unused Item Shop Packages category has been removed.
Origin Information

Boss and Metin Stone cards can now display their known spawn location.
  • Spawn information is currently available for 34 bosses and 29 Metin Stones.
  • Monsters without a fixed spawn location will simply leave this field empty.

Large Map
  • The large map opened with M now remembers where you positioned it.
  • Moving the map window no longer causes it to return to the center of the screen every time it is reopened.
  • If you have never moved it, the map continues to open in the center by default.
  • If your resolution or map window size changes, the game automatically keeps the window within the visible screen area.

Fishing Rod
  • The character level required to equip a Fishing Rod has been increased from 30 to 35.

Classic Interface

The Modern Interface remains unchanged.
  • Shop Search now uses the classic frame, classic input fields, and classic buttons.
  • All new Shop Search filters — level, upgrade level, quantity, and class — remain fully available in Classic mode.
  • The Large Map (M) now uses the classic frame and classic title bar.

Fixes
Connection
Channel 1 Login & Map Transitions
  • Fixed an issue causing players to get stuck while entering Channel 1 or moving between maps.
  • During busy periods, Channel 1 could not process incoming connections quickly enough.
  • Logging in, selecting a character, or entering maps on Channel 1 could take several seconds or fail to complete.
  • Connection handling has been improved to resolve these delays.

Skills
Perfect Master Display
  • Perfect Master skills now display "P" instead of "P1".
  • Once a skill reached its final stage, the interface could incorrectly display an additional level number.
  • The tooltip could also show a "Next Level" section and requirements even though no further level existed.
  • Perfect Master skills now display only their current effects at the final stage.
Perfect Master Cooldowns
  • Cooldowns and active effect indicators for P-level skills are now displayed correctly.
  • Previously, using these skills could fail to show the cooldown animation over the skill icon.

Languages
Romanian
  • Fixed corrupted characters in hundreds of Romanian item names and descriptions.
  • Text that previously contained broken characters is now displayed correctly.
  • Several spelling issues in interface texts, including some color names, have also been corrected.
Spanish
  • Fixed corrupted accented characters on the Spanish Wiki information page.
Dutch, Russian & French
  • Fixed Wiki category names appearing in Turkish when using the Dutch or Russian clients.
  • Missing translations have been added.
  • An incorrect name for the Crafting category in French has also been corrected.

Thank you for all your reports and feedback.

We will continue improving Triarch Online's hunting experience, market tools, interface, and overall stability.
